Dotage Store believes in complete customer satisfaction. We have therefore designed a cancellation & return policy to meet your needs:
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a product within 24 hours of having placed the order of the product. Once the order is packed and dispatched, you may not able to cancel your order unless otherwise stated.
Easy Return & Exchange Policy
At Dotage Store, we understand how important the look and feel of a product is. We understand that there are times once you’ve purchased a product and for any reason, you might want to return the same. We introduce to you an easy returns policy. You may write to us/inform us at care@dotagestore.com within 10 days of receiving the product, and we will accept a return of the same. We request you to keep the shipping tags/packaging intact and handover the product back as unused. Upon receiving the product and on inspection, we will allow to refund the amount to you.
Please note the the following exceptions: Due to hygiene purposes, we will not be able to accept a return of products under the categories Bath Safety and Incontinence.
Instructions
Please follow the below processes for returning your parcel to us:
- All deliveries are issued with a Dotage Store Returns Request Form online or email us at care@dotagestore.com giving the order no. and the reason you would like to return it.
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached and handover the product back to Dotage store collection team.
Conditions
Products must be returned undamaged and in original condition. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Please note that unless the products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.
Refunds
Once the product(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new products (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost, if applicable plus 5% banking transaction charges).
Orders paid by cash/any digital payment [credit/debit card/net banking/UPI] will be refunded by credit back to the customer’s bank account within 7-10 working days of the process being completed.
