Founder and Managing Director
A highly creative and innovative entrepreneur at heart, Kumkum Mishra is the founder of Dotage Healthcare and started it in February 2020. As per growing need of elder care, she leads all day-to-day operational decision making and is responsible for enhancing the internal infrastructure that will allow Dotage Healthcare and it’s online ecommerce store to continue to grow and fulfill its strategic intent.

She also works as an Insurance Advisor in Max Life and Max Bupa Health Insurance company.

For over 19 years Vikram Bhardwaj has traveled pan India and worked with different product and service industry conglomerates like Pepsi, Aptech, Jaypee Group, Eureka E –learning, Reliance. His uncanny abilities to seek potential in untapped areas by uncovering hidden assets, overlooked opportunities and undervalued possibilities made him a successful entrepreneur, influencer and mentor.

Masters in Business Administration, techno- savvy, business acumen and diverse experience drive him to tackle new challenges strategically.
